What is Your Shipping Policy?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Shipping is free within the United States. Buyer is responsible for double checking shipping address. Original Artwork will be insured and sent "USPS Priority" (or equivalent.)

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes — International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed in their country. Please be aware that shipping times for international orders can be lengthy, I appreciate your patience!

What is Your Cancellation & Return Policy?

〰️ If you would like to cancel your order, this may be possible by contacting us at hello@jaimereynolds.com before the production of the item has started (5-7 business days from checkout).

〰️ Every print is specially made to order for you, therefore I am unable to offer exchanges and returns. Please be sure to read the description and any size charts provided carefully before ordering.

〰️ Products, originals and commissions are not refundable.

What if my package is damaged?

Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage be sure to share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen art will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

Ownership of Artwork — Who Owns The Artwork After It Is Purchased?

All original artwork and prints sold from my shop remain my exclusive intellectual property. When you purchase an original painting of mine, you have the right to display the artwork in your home or business, but you may not resell or reproduce it without my written permission. I retain all rights to any artwork I create, including the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I reserve the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, unless the artwork has been purchased within the context of a full buyout agreement. Reproduction of my artwork in any way is prohibited without written permission from me. If my artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media, I only ask for credit.

Do You Offer Framing?

Unless specified in the details, all artwork is sold unframed. I do not offer framing at this time.

Shipping Times

The overall delivery times, including production and shipping are.

United States: 5-7 business days.

Rest of the world: 10-15 Buisiness days.

Every order includes tracking. This information will be sent to your email once it ships.


🌗 Once your item ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. It is important that you keep an eye on your tracking (especially for international orders) 

🌕 Jaime works with production partners that have facilities in USA therefore your order will be produced in the factory nearest to your shipping address.

 🌓 In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive your parcel, please contact your postal service (you can see which service was used on your shipping notification) with the tracking number (also shown in your shipping notification) and ask them about this first. There's a big chance your parcel is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can't find it, contact Jaime at hello@jaimereynolds.com to see if there's anything else that can be done on our side.

🌑 It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Jaimereynolds.com will not be responsible for any orders lost in mail do to incorrect or incomplete address. You can edit your address before your order ships by contacting us at hello@jaimereynolds.com
