our intention
Each month, we will join together to dance, play, paint, speak, and sing along with the rhythm of each season. We will move our bodies, explore our creativity, open our hearts, set intentions, and most importantly, step away from the mundane and reconnect to the magic in our lives. Every session is different and our curriculum will reflect what is needed for that moment in time.
All who identify as Mothers are welcome ~ whether you have small children, teens, ones that were here for too short a time, or those that have grown into adults. If you identify as a mom, we invite you to co-create this container of sisterhood.
Meet your teachers
Jaime is a working artist based in Gardiner, New York. She graduated from Pratt Institute with a degree in Interior Design and a minor in creative burnout. Seeking a deeper connection with her body, she went on to dedicate the next 10 years of her life to studying Yoga and Meditation with some of the top teachers in North America.
She started painting while pregnant with her first child and quickly realized her watercolor practice provided a safe space to remember herself, loosen the tendency for control and regain with a quiet mind space.
